Temporary Membership.

1. Should a Gentleman or Lady be desirous of making use of the Club, he may be proposed for Temporary Membership by two Members (only one in the case of a relative as defined in Appendix “A”) one of whom shall personally introduce the applicant to the Secretary. The Secretary is empowered to approve Temporary Membership for a period not exceeding one month. The Committee of Management is empowered to admit applicants for Temporary Membership for periods not exceeding six months.

2. (a) Temporary Membership shall not take effect until the first month’s subscription has been paid or, if Membership is for a period of less than one month, the subscription due has been paid in full.

(b) Temporary Membership shall be liable to termination at any time, at the discretion of the Committee of Management, without any reason being given.

3. Should a Temporary Member desire to become a Full Member, he must be proposed, seconded and elected in the usual manner.

4. Temporary Members shall not attend meetings, nor propose nor second candidates for election.

5. The spouse/children of Temporary Members shall be entitled to use the Club provided their names are registered with the Secretary.
